Keith is a RN and former organizing director of the SEIU and nurses association. He has had his own company, Creative Solutions & Visions, since 2010. Creative Solutions & Visions assists attorneys and facilities to defeat unions both in healthcare and non-healthcare industries. Keith and his team have had a very high success rate and even with the shortened election period, we have won 25 out of 31 elections since April of this year. Keith has spoken to several SHRM Chapters including PA, FL, MD, MA, CA and more. The Creative Solutions & Visions team is comprised of former union officials and organizers from some of the largest and most aggressive union in the country.
