Bio:
Lynne A. Farlow is currently serving as the Group Vice President, HR Strategy and Operations for Providence Health & Services, headquartered in Renton, WA. In this capacity, Lynne leads a team of human resources team members with diverse responsibilities, including: developing HR strategies that balance advocacy for people with achieving business results, effectively managing mergers & acquisitions and leading HR call center operations, project management and information systems functions.
Prior to joining Providence, Lynne was a partner with Wolf Leadership Development, LLC, consulting with small & large organizations on talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development and executive coaching. She has more than twenty years’ HR experience in the public and private sectors, ranging from a career as a naval officer to management and senior executive positions in corporations such as PepsiCo, Dell and USAA. She is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland, and has earned an MBA from Marymount University. Lynne is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Senior Professional in Human Resources and as a Master Coach by the International Coaching Council.
