Guest Speaker: Dalton Jantzen
Dalton Jantzen is an Executive Consultant and owner of Salted Oats, LLC; a dynamic culture, leadership and change motivator. He is known as a ‘tender of people’, and ‘gardener of organizations’; one who is captivated with developing the health and productivity of people; an encourager of leaders, and shaper of cultures.
Dalton has invested his lifetime of experience in business and non-profit formation and transformation; serving as personal coach to business leaders and owners of small locally owned businesses to global Fortune 500 enterprises. His expertise with multi-lingual workgroups has helped streamline and heal interactions between teams and their counterparts across borders and even competing organizations. Dalton focuses on the importance of leading from within; starting with the individual, then moving to their respective organizations.
Dalton is a popular speaker and growth cultivator; inspiring large and small groups in Western and Eastern Europe, SE Asia, India, North, Central and South America. His expertise in facilitation, strategic planning, coaching, mentoring, conflict management, production integration and quality improvement provides audiences access to “wisdom with heart”. Together with Vicki, his bride of 47 years, the Jantzens moved back to Lubbock in 2015 after a 15-year absence, and today serve as volunteers on several committees with the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, as well as local non-profit organizations.
