    Bob Cartwright, (SPHR / SHRM-SCP), is President and CEO of Intelligent Compensation, LLC, a client centric compensation, performance and business management consulting firm located in the Greater Austin, Texas area. Bob has 30+ years’ experience consulting with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across the country. Bob speaks throughout the US and is quoted as a business / compensation expert in various media outlets around the country. He has also authored and co-authored articles on various business topics and on veteran employment. His professional affiliations include; Member of Texas SHRM State Council; Board Officer Texas Association of Business; and National Volunteer Leader for SHRM on Veteran issues.

Creating a Strategic Roadmap through Strategic Team Leadership

Through the examination of 4 elements that define a strategically aligned high performance leadership teams, participants will be exposed to an educational roadmap and demonstrated understanding of the importance of: Strategic team leadership; Strategic planning; Tactical goal setting; and Performance Metrics, Analytics and Management. This presentation is a focused Business - Strategic Management topic geared towards developing HR leaders to have a better understanding of how to develop and implement a strategic business plan.

Learning Objective:

By attending this presentation, participants will be provided an educational roadmap, in-depth knowledge, and key information on the tenants of effective strategic leadership, team Leadership, effective strategic planning, business plan development, goal setting based on key business measurements, development and execution of a business-performance management plan and an understanding of the tenants to establish key performance metrics and analytics. Participants will also learn how to apply this knowledge toward their respective companies/organizations and how to utilize these strategies to lead their companies/organizations to business excellence.
