Guest Speaker: Carrie Harris, Esq.

    Carrie Harris is a Texas Tech alumna, completing both her Bachelor of Arts and Doctorate of Jurisprudence degrees at the university. During her tenure in law school she received several accolades, including the "Distinction Award" in Sports Law, the "Top Grade Award" in Estate Planning, and the "Top Grade Award" in Trial Advocacy.

She was granted the William R. Moss Award for her outstanding accomplishments in trial advocacy. In addition to representing employees, Mrs. Harris regularly advises small business owners, and represents larger businesses of the South Plains in order to give her clients peace of mind.

Program Information:

This presentation will analyze the Uber and Harris County harassment allegations, and discuss what actions should have been taken.  It will also discuss the steps to follow to meet the EEOC minimum guidelines.
