Guest Speaker: Olsi Vrapi

Olsi Vrapi is the managing partner at Noble & Vrapi, P.A. He has spoken at more conferences than his family appreciate him being gone for and has participated in more immigration law professional committees than his partners and staff appreciate him spending time on. He is also an adjunct professor of law at University of New Mexico School of Law. Full time teaching is not his thing since he loves breaking barriers and changing the lives of immigrants.


   Program Details:

Every business in the United States has immigration issues even if it does not employ any foreign nationals at all.  I-9 verification is seemingly simple and a mere formality.  The reality is that it is riddled with potential pitfalls and the legal consequences can be quite severe for employers with crippling fines to criminal prosecution.  This panel will provide an overview the business immigration process, and the I-9 verification process.
