Keely Denenberg

Keely is a seasoned professional with experience in the acquisition, development, and retention of talent across a variety of industries. She is passionate about supporting organizational diversity and equity in order to create more innovative and inclusive workplaces for talent at all levels. As Senior VP of Client Solutions for Orange Grove Consulting, Keely designs inclusion solutions for organizations based their unique needs, goals & resources. She also provides key
insights in her supporting consultant role on client projects and manages Orange Grove’s marketing strategy. Prior to joining Orange Grove, Keely managed corporate educational partnerships for DeVry
Works, a corporate training division of DeVry University where she was responsible for creating and maintaining robust educational partnership agreements with large regional and national corporations, nonprofits and government entities. Her focus industries included retail, food
service, manufacturing, airline, hotel, and healthcare. Keely earned a BA in English Literature and Women’s Studies from Michigan State University, and a MS in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Business. Keely is currently studying to become fluent in American Sign Language. She is a volunteer parent
mentor with Hand to Hold, a nonprofit dedicated to providing support to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) parents during and after their baby’s NICU stay. Keely is a member of Austin SHRM and has presented at several SHRM events, including the
HRSouthwest Conference and Austin SHRM’s annual conference.

Many organizations struggle to create DEI initiatives that are impactful and sustainable. In this presentation, Keely Denenberg, SVP Client Solutions at Orange Grove Consulting, will provide concrete ideas to assess organizational DEI and establish measurement of key inclusive priorities so that your organization can become more inclusive AND more effective. Using an operational approach to inclusion, she will outline the process to assess current state, including data collection. Finally, Keely will share how organizations can use the current state assessment to select impactful DEI initiatives that will move the needle towards change.
